A Few Tips on Helping Our Planet! :D

With all the constant reports of Global Warming, the oils spills, and natural disasters  a lot of people may be concerned for the planet but may be overwhelmed by so much that is going on, that they may feel they cant do anything to help. But in reality, one person can do a lot, if we all work together to protect our planet, much can be done!

You may feel that to help our planet is a BIG sacrifice and truly it is not, there are many little things you can do to protect the planet. Here are some suggestions...

• Recycle. You can recycle plastic, glass, and paper products in recycle bins. You can influence your family and friends to do the same, you can trade in your recycled items in a recycle center and use that money as a treat for yourself, for being kind and caring to the planet.
• Change Bulbs. You can replace your light bulbs for energy efficient compact florescent light bulbs (CFL's) 
  
• Plant a tree. Trees purify the air that we breathe, and are homes for many little creatures and they also make our environment look beautiful!.(:
• Minimize your water use.  Just by cutting off a minute of your shower you may save up to 10 gallons of water per shower.Do the same when you brush your teeth or water your garden.
• Cut down your paper use. Paper can be recycled but it would be most helpful if you did cut down your paper use.
